On Saturday we headed to the Brisbane Indie Designers Markets at Hamilton hosted by BrisStyle.
BrisStyle is a cooperative group of artists, crafters and artisans all living in the Brisbane area (Australia), who sell their wares on Etsy.com.
And anyone that came along would have left with the biggest smile on their face. The markets had a fantastic turn out. the market goers were friendly and positive feedback was received all round. The weather was absolutely beautiful and the vibe happening for hand made things. In all we had a great day!
For the shoppers (including myself) the market was a wonderful event. I felt like a kid in a candy store drinking in all the creative talents and products at the market. There were so many beautiful items to choose from and the decision making was hard. I was on the look out for a few birthday presents, and of course I couldn't resist something for myself.
Purchase some funky earrings from Jess at Epheriell Designs

And some lovely products from edward and lilly [http://www.edwardandlilly.com/] and RE-read http://mantahay-re-read.blogspot.com/. Thanks girls. I'm sure the birthday gifts will be enjoyed.
Beautiful recycled buttons from BeckyBean. They make this old jumper new again! http://specialsmallstuff.blogspot.com/
Oh I can't forget our Oliver sporting a new color from Pretapawte.

Vintage Visions has been to many markets, though this one is up there, on the top of the list for great days.
Firstly I would like to thank the organisors and fellow stall holders that made my debut with BrisStyle a welcoming and inspirational event. Thank you. [Oh and thanks to the lovely couple that helped catch my marque when it decided to fly away (thank you)] Good catch!
And a big thank you to all our new customers and existing customers - great to meet you all. A big thank you to my fantastic helper - my baby girl, Kaitlyn (not so little anymore) that comes along to assist me each market - even on school holidays. Wouldn't be able to do it without you.
Stay tuned to the BrisStyle blog site for further information on the Christmas markets.
